This watercolor mark reminds me of a tree. It’s reminiscent of carefree childhood days spent climbing trees, reading leisurely (do you remember Shel Silverstein’s “The Giving Tree”), and dreaming of the future. Sitting here, I’m flooded with emotions, particularly with Cooper’s graduation this week, reminiscing about his younger years spent playing in trees, bedtime stories, and carefree afternoons in the neighborhood. The days were long, but the years were short.
To all the mommas out there who are opening a new chapter this season, may this be a reminder to cherish those childhood moments, let them inspire you to play and dream like we once did under the tree.
